Profile Information

What do you currently do, what are your business aspirations and what do you hope to benefit from by joining this community?
Ambrose Moses, III received his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, where his studies were concentrated in the areas of business and tax law. During his tenure there, Ambrose represented the College of Law in an international client counseling competition and a national moot court competition.

During the last several years, Ambrose has, and continues to, assist in organizing and providing training as a professional participant in business development programs sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Ohio Department of Development, the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Central Ohio Minority Business Association (COMBA), and the Ohio Business Development Group (OBDG).

Today, as an attorney, Ambrose’s primary area of practice is business law and community economic development. As a part of his practice, Ambrose has advised and counseled minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises for more than eighteen (18) years. He devotes a significant portion of his professional service to promoting and achieving diversity and inclusion for MBE, WBE, and DBE businesses in both the public and private sectors.

As a business lawyer, Ambrose advises and counsels small businesses and entrepreneurs. He routinely drafts, revises, and negotiates documents related to the establishment and financing of small and start-up businesses, such as articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, corporate by-laws, investment agreements, lease agreements, and strategic business plans.
Ambrose Moses, III received his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He specializes in business law and related areas. He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and has handled cases in both state and federal courts.
