The seminar will address the practical essentials to attracting and recruiting employees to your small business. In these sessions you will learn what tips will get you the best candidates to interview, what are the legal requirements and practical adminstrative issues in record keeping, payroll, training etc. and what are job descriptions for, what are they comprised of, and how performance evaluations are used to improve employees and the business.
